Workshop 1: Palace  Pier Sunset:, acrylics 

Saturday June 8th 10:30 - 1 pm

Cecil will demonstrate a method for painting a glowing sunset impression of the pier at low tide. Working on small canvas boards you will use acrylic paints to build up a vivid impression of this beautiful subject.  All equipment and materials supplied.

Workshop 2: A fluid, atmospheric Venetian canal: watercolour

Sunday June 9th 10:30 - 1pm

A Venetian canal, using the wonderful wet-in-wet properties of watercolour to convey rich colour and atmosphere. Bring your own watercolours and brushes.

Saturday 15th June 10:30 - 1pm

Feluccas crossing the Nile , Egypt, in watercolour. Capturing intense and sparkling sunlight, in watercolour. Bring your own watercolours and brushes.
